Mandatory conditions governing the purchase and use of all products sold by Peptaluvéra.

Effective Date: [EFFECTIVE DATE — To Be Updated]

All Peptaluvéra products are supplied for research purposes only. Not for human or veterinary use. All products are supplied in lyophilized research form.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) establishes the mandatory conditions governing the purchase and use of all products sold by Peptaluvéra. By placing an order on this Site, you expressly certify and acknowledge each of the following statements.

1. Certification of Intended Use

By purchasing any product from Peptaluvéra, the purchaser certifies that all products will be used exclusively for legitimate scientific research, including but not limited to in-vitro experimentation, analytical chemistry, assay development, and academic laboratory instruction, within a qualified laboratory or research setting.

2. Prohibition on Human and Animal Administration

The purchaser certifies that they will not administer, apply, inject, ingest, inhale, or otherwise introduce any Peptaluvéra product into any human being or any animal, under any circumstances, for any purpose.

3. Prohibition on Consumer Resale

The purchaser certifies that they will not resell, redistribute, repackage, or relabel any Peptaluvéra product as a consumer good, dietary supplement, food additive, cosmetic ingredient, or any product intended for human or animal use.

4. Institutional Affiliation Acknowledgment

The purchaser acknowledges that Peptaluvéra products are intended for use by qualified researchers, scientists, and laboratory professionals affiliated with recognized research institutions, accredited educational facilities, or qualified analytical laboratories. The purchaser confirms that they meet these eligibility criteria.

5. Safe Handling, Storage, and Disposal

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and disposal of all Peptaluvéra products in accordance with their institution’s standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Peptaluvéra provides storage recommendations on product labels and Certificates of Analysis; however, it is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to ensure compliance with their institutional requirements.

6. Order Acceptance, Quantity Limits, and Restricted Products

Peptaluvéra reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to review, limit, decline, or cancel any order that appears inconsistent with legitimate in-vitro research use. Certain catalog items that are structurally similar to regulated pharmaceutical compounds may be subject to heightened review. For any order, Peptaluvéra may, without obligation to disclose which products are affected:

Request additional documentation verifying qualified-buyer status, institutional affiliation, or intended laboratory use prior to fulfillment

Limit the quantity sold per order or per customer to amounts consistent with legitimate research use

Decline or cancel orders based on quantity, shipping destination, buyer profile, or any indication of intended human or animal use

Hold an order for additional review before processing or shipment

Placement of an order does not constitute Peptaluvéra’s acceptance of that order. Acceptance occurs only upon shipment. By placing an order, the purchaser agrees that orders are subject to this review at Peptaluvéra’s discretion.

7. Consequences of Violation

Peptaluvéra takes compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy seriously. Any violation of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at Peptaluvéra’s sole discretion:

Immediate termination of the purchaser’s account
