Refund & Return Policy

Peptaluvéra is committed to delivering high-quality synthetic peptide research reagents.

All Peptaluvéra products are supplied for research purposes only. Not for human or veterinary use. All products are supplied in lyophilized research form.

1. Damaged or Defective Products



If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or that exhibits a manufacturing defect (e.g., compromised seal, incorrect appearance inconsistent with the Certificate of Analysis, or visible contamination), Peptaluvéra will provide a full replacement or a refund at your election, subject to the following conditions:

You must notify us within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery.

You must provide photographic evidence clearly showing the damage or defect, including images of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label.

You must retain the original packaging and product until the claim is resolved.

Claims submitted after the 14-day window or without adequate photographic documentation may be denied at our discretion.

 

2. Incorrect Orders



If Peptaluvéra ships the wrong product, wrong quantity, or a product that does not match your order confirmation, we will provide a full replacement at no additional cost. In the event of an incorrect order:

Contact us within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery at contact@peptaluvera.com.

Provide your order number and a description of the discrepancy.

We will arrange for replacement shipment promptly and, if requested, provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

 

3. Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse



Peptaluvéra does not offer refunds or accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Due to the sensitive nature of our research reagent products and the critical importance of cold-chain integrity, storage conditions, and contamination prevention, we cannot accept returns of products that have left our controlled fulfillment environment simply because the purchaser has changed their mind, ordered in error, or no longer requires the product. We encourage purchasers to verify product selection, quantity, and specifications carefully before completing their order.

 

4. Non-Returnable Conditions



No refund or replacement will be issued under the following circumstances:

Products that have been opened, partially used, or tampered with (unless reporting a defect)

Products that have been improperly stored in a manner inconsistent with the storage instructions provided on the product label or Certificate of Analysis

Products for which the claim is submitted more than fourteen (14) calendar days after delivery

Products where damage resulted from the purchaser’s handling after delivery

Orders placed in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

 

5. Process for Filing a Claim



To initiate a refund or replacement claim, please follow these steps:

Email us at contact@peptaluvera.com with the subject line ‘Refund/Return Request — Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER].’

Include the following information: your full name, order number, the product(s) in question, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.

Our team will review your claim and respond within three (3) business days with a determination.

If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement product, per your preference and subject to product availability.

 

6. Refund Timeline



Approved refunds will be processed within seven to ten (7–10) business days following claim approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the credit appears on your statement.

 

7. Shipping Costs for Returns



Peptaluvéra error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product): Peptaluvéra will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

In all other circumstances where a return is authorized at Peptaluvéra’s discretion, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
