Peptaluvéra currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states). We may expand shipping availability in the future, and any changes will be reflected on this page.
Orders are processed within one to three (1–3) business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and federal holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Peptaluvéra ships via reputable national carriers selected for their reliability and tracking capabilities. The specific carrier assigned to your shipment will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email. Carrier selection is at Peptaluvéra’s discretion and may vary based on destination, package weight, and product storage requirements.
IMPORTANT — Temperature-Sensitive Products
Certain Peptaluvéra products require temperature-controlled shipping to maintain stability and integrity. Products requiring cold-chain handling will be shipped with appropriate insulated packaging and cold packs. Peptaluvéra selects shipping methods designed to minimize transit time for temperature-sensitive orders.
Upon delivery, the purchaser is responsible for promptly retrieving the package and transferring products to appropriate storage conditions as specified on the product label or Certificate of Analysis. Peptaluvéra is not liable for product degradation resulting from delays in retrieval after delivery or from storage conditions outside our control.
Orders with a total value exceeding $250.00 USD will require a signature upon delivery. This policy is in place to protect both the purchaser and Peptaluvéra against lost or misdelivered shipments. Please ensure that an authorized individual is available to sign for the delivery at the specified shipping address.
If your shipment appears to be lost in transit or arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us at contact@peptaluvera.com within fourteen (14) calendar days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number, tracking number, and photographic evidence of any damage. Peptaluvéra will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement shipment or refund in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
Due to the nature of our products and the potential need for signature confirmation and temperature-controlled delivery, Peptaluvéra does not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address (laboratory, institutional, or residential) for all orders.
International shipping is not available at this time. Peptaluvéra currently fulfills orders only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. We anticipate expanding our shipping capabilities in the future and will update this policy accordingly.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within five (5) business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@peptaluvera.com.
Applicable shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination address, package weight, and selected shipping speed. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly indicated on the Site and are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific promotion.
